My Story

I get it because I was there too

I know what it feels like when your mind won't slow down, and the moment you try to relax, it gets louder.

Like every thought rushing in, telling you you're falling behind, you should be doing more, you can't stop yet.

Your body follows. Tension rises. That anxious energy takes over.

For a long time, I thought I just had to push through it.

But nothing actually changed how I felt.

What I didn't realize was my body was stuck in a survival pattern.

The urgency and pressure weren't who I was, they were learned.

Breathwork changed that. It helped me release what I had been holding, and for the first time, I felt calm in my own body.

Now I guide others through this work so you can finally exhale and feel a real sense of peace in your body again.

What we'll do

I'll walk you through the entire session. No experience needed.

Step 1

We start by slowing things down

You will ease into a calm state so your body can begin to relax.

Step 2

Then we use breath to release stress

A simple breathing pattern helps your body release tension and emotion.

Step 3

Then sound helps your body let go

As calming music and sound bowls play, your body is supported in settling and releasing what it has been holding.

Step 4

Then you rest

As the sound continues, your body processes, resets, and comes back into balance.

How this actually works

This experience works to align your body and mind. When stress builds up over time, it stays in your body as tension, tightness, and emotional weight. That is why you can't fully relax, even when you try.

What you might be wondering

How do I join?

This is a live online session. After you reserve your spot, you will receive a private link to join from anywhere.

What do I wear?

Loose, comfortable clothing you can relax in.

What do I need at home?

Find a quiet, comfortable space where you will not be disturbed. Have water, a blanket or pillow, and headphones nearby. Lying down on a bed, couch, or mat works perfectly.

Do I need experience with this?

No. You will be supported the entire time.

What might I feel during the session?

Everyone experiences it differently. Some women feel emotional or physical release. Some feel calm or deeply relaxed. There is no right or wrong way to experience it.

What if I don't feel anything?

That is okay too. Your body is still responding in the way it needs to. This is not about doing it the right way. It is about giving yourself the space.

What if I feel overwhelmed during the session?

You will be supported the entire time, and you can pause whenever you need.

Should I eat before?

Avoid eating 2 hours before the session so you are more comfortable.

Who should not participate?

This session is not recommended if you are pregnant or have heart conditions. If you are unsure, it is always best to check with your doctor.
